I've been in my PJ's all day. This is Day 2 of my wisdom teeth being taken out. My right side feels fantastic. My left side is swollen and sore. I'm sitting next to my Mom who is recovering from getting her thyroid, lymph nodes and some tissue near her vocal cords removed. We're watching Hairspray... I wasn't sure if I'd like this movie but I really do. It's good!
I did some work on my Twitter profile, unfollowing people that I don't converse with and updating my background. Check it out and let me know what you think: http://www.twitter.com/meggiepoo.

I think I need some work on my vocal cords. I have a fear that one day I'll start to sound like Rachael Ray - I know I'm on my way there.
So, I really need some Twitter help!! I really want to design a background but I don't know where to start.
AND I really just don't get this whole # thing. When do I put # in front of something and how do I figure out what they all mean? It's really frustrating me!
:)
I like the little bird on your twitter site.. Lately i've been ALL about some cute little birds! Hope you continue to feel better!
hehehe..I just had a good laugh about your comment- "straws...don't send straws" hahah
@stefanie we can work on our vocals together. aren't you in a choir? also, the # in twitter is a hashtag. it's just kind of like a category. if you do a hashtag like this: going to town today to see the newest nominee, slumdog millionair #oscars. so people can login to search.twitter.com and search hashtags comments. i can explain more over our next dinner :)
@megan you're adorable!
Yes! I'm in the Alexandria Choral Society. I just joined back in December. We have our rehearsals on Tuesdays, too and our first concert is Mar 28! I really enjoy it!
So, I get that hashtags are like categories, but I see these "categories" where I'm thinking, how do people come up wtih this stuff! So, yes I would love some help on this at our next dinner!
I had my teeth removed last August and it wasn't that bad- but I had all four taken out and I feel so sorry for anyone that goes the two at a time route... but it looks like you didn't know.
