Feel POWER in resisting things that you know are bad choices. You are in control of everything.

SMILE when you go out to happy hour with your friends and they order that extra beer, but you stick to just two since you allotted for those in your splurge points.

Be PROUD of yourself when you say no to a treat because you've already reached your points for the day.

LOVE your body and how it is now, but LOVE yourself more for making a choice to change it for the better and get fit and healthy.

And on a weak day, DO NOT punish yourself or feel guilty for enjoying something extra. Life is about joy and happiness. If a bowl of ice cream gave you happiness that day, then so be it.

It IS hard work and very frustrating at times. But it WILL pay off.
